Cedarhurst Senior Living, a leading operator of nearly 60 senior living communities across eight states, and ECP, a provider of eMAR, EHR, CRM, and billing software, announced today the successful go-live of ECP’s clinical platform across Cedarhurst Senior Living’s communities.
“We're thrilled to have ECP as our partner. It's been amazing to see how they handle the technology side, allowing us to really pour our energy into growing our business and ensuring our residents are well-supported. ECP is a true partner to our team and essential to our operations and success. We're eagerly looking forward to continuing to grow together,” said Almir Sajtovic, President of Cedarhurst Senior Living
With dozens of communities across eight states, Cedarhurst and ECP aligned on a phased, in-person implementation approach. ECP and Cedarhurst worked together to build a live map of all of Cedarhurst’s communities, assigned them to phases, and scheduled in-person go-lives. ECP flew a team out to a central location for each phase, and brought all the communities in the phase together for an in-person go-live.
“The phased approach proved effective as each community had the opportunity to learn from one another. We were united in the process, sharing experiences and insights along the way,” said Molly Rinderer, Regional Director of Operations at Cedarhurst Senior Living.
The phased roll-out was very successful as all phases launched on time. During the implementation, Cedarhurst acquired 15 new communities which were added to the roll-out plan. ECP was able to add these to the existing schedule without causing any slippage in timeline.
Cedarhurst also brought several new product change requests to ECP during the implementation, looking to customize ECP to their existing workflows. ECP was able to prioritize and complete many of these changes during the initial implementation at no additional cost to Cedarhurst.
“We've been incredibly impressed by the partnership and responsiveness of ECP. They not only listen to our feedback but also promptly implement product and process updates that directly address it. This level of attentiveness validates our decision to choose ECP as our partner," said Morgan Semanisin, Director of Operations at Cedarhurst Senior Living.
ECP and Cedarhurst look forward to continuing growing together. Cedarhurst is confident that they are already seeing improved clinical outcomes for residents, and improved business outcomes for Cedarhurst, because of the partnership with ECP.
