Milwaukee, WI, October 2, 2024 – ECP, a leading provider of software to over 7,500 senior living and other long-term care communities, announced a new integration with Carefeed, a resident journey platform for senior living providers, to improve operational efficiency and family and resident satisfaction.

The integration between ECP and Carefeed syncs resident demographic, census, and contact information between the two platforms, allowing ECP and Carefeed customers to easily ensure that residents in their ECP EHR automatically show up in their Carefeed family portal and communication tools. Contact-list syncing will ensure that family members receive access to the portal and receive the right communications at the right time.

“Carefeed is thrilled to integrate with ECP, one of the top electronic health record (EHR) systems serving the senior living and long-term care industries,” said Terry Wall, Founder and CEO of Carefeed. “The Carefeed team looks forward to working with ECP to help make the lives of senior living providers easier and more efficient by sharing relevant data between systems.”

"I’m excited to expand upon ECP’s rich feature set through integrations with like-minded vendors such as Carefeed. It’s rewarding to see just how much a partnership like this can improve customers’ daily operations and resident care” said James Baumeister, Product Manager at ECP.
