ECP is excited to announce that it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. ECP is a leading provider of eMAR, EHR, Billing, and CRM software to over 7,500 senior living communities, group homes, communities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other long-term care settings across all 50 states. ECP’s mission is to build world-class software and to partner with senior living and long-term-care operators to make residents, family, and staff happy, and achieve best-in-class clinical, operational, and business outcomes.

“I think what makes our work environment special is a combination of a few things - we have a fast-paced start-up environment, were founded in a small town in Wisconsin with Midwest values, and we’re building software that makes a genuine positive impact on the quality of care and life for thousands of people in Assisted Living and Long-Term Care. But what makes our culture unique is our team. I am constantly inspired by the dedication and commitment from my colleagues and proud of how our team approaches our work and interactions with each other. One of our core values is "Customers & Residents First," but it translates to how we treat each other every day. We put people first. As we grow, our leadership team makes business decisions based on what is best for our customers and team. We've invested in growing our team - through hiring and creating growth opportunities for our existing employees, providing competitive benefits, and we strive to foster an environment that creates meaningful and rewarding experiences for each individual who is part of ECP.” - Sarah Mueller, Director of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at ECP.

This award is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.

ECP was founded in 2004 in East Troy, Wisconsin, and has since grown to become one of the largest providers of software to senior living communities across the United States, serving some of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing chains, as well as thousands of smaller family-run communities.

“I am so grateful to our team - their willingness to go the extra mile is what makes ECP so special, and what makes life better for tens of thousands of seniors across the country. We owe it to our amazing team to make ECP a great place to work and I am thrilled that we were recognized for doing so,” said Adam Aisen, CEO of ECP.
