Sales Development

As a Sales Development Representative, you will help lead the sales efforts for our industry-leading software solution. You’ll partner with an experienced team member to qualify leads based on specific criteria and become an expert on our software.


As an Account Executive, you’ll be a product expert, consultant, and customer advocate. You will work with prospective customers to show them how our software helps them provide better care for their residents, comply with regulatory requirements, and increase operational efficiency.

Customer Support/
Training Specialist


As a Customer Support/Training specialist, you will provide customer service over the phone and via remote connection. You’ll answer product and service questions, suggest examples and ideas of set-up, and provide further information about the software.


As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to day-to-day development, improve knowledge of core languages, work collaboratively in a team, and develop an understating of the overall ECP product and platform.
