    Germantown Plantation provides month to month rental apartments surrounded with all needed amenities, conveniences, activities and community under one roof with no buy-in fee. 

     

    Challenge

    Our biggest challenge prior to using ECP was that our staff wasn't able to provide personalized patient care due to a difficult to understand charting system. Our staff felt most of their time was centered around a computer screen.

    We are so thankful that ECP addressed that challenge so that our staff could focus more on providing excellent care and building trusting relationships with our residents and their families.
