Oregon Senate Bill 714 is an Oregon law that mandates that Oregon-based Assisted living communities use an Acuity-Based Staffing Tool, or ABST.
SB714 was signed into law in 2021, and Oregon's Department of Human Services (ODHS) has recently begun enforcing the requirement.
